4th World Congress of Young Neurosurgeon

We are delighted to invite you to the 4th World Congress on Young Neurosurgeons (WCYNS), taking place from October 31st to November 1st, 2026, in Hong Kong.

The congress is structured to provide a comprehensive and hands-on learning journey. It begins with full-day workshops on various topics in neurosurgery.

Join us in Hong Kong for three days of intensive learning, collaboration, and networking with world-renowned faculty and peers from around the globe.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@mintaneuro.com

Refunds for registration fees will be processed as follows:

On or before 30th June 2026 - Full refund ( after deduction of handling charges & GST)
From 1st July 2026 to 31st August 2026 - 50% refund
After 31st August 2026 - No refund will be issued
In the case of a "No Show", no refund or conference certificate will be provided.
All refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.
The Organizer reserves the right of final decision
